12. Who constitutes medical board to test and certify person ?

Ans. The Government.

13. Section 06 is regarding Grant of License.

14.  License issued under this Ordinance shall be valid throughout Pakistan 

15. License issued under this Ordinance shall be valid for one year first time and 05 years thereafter
